Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s Melissa Gorga is open to a reconciliation between her, Joe Gorga, and his estranged sister, Teresa Giudice.
In an interview with Us Weekly, Melissa explained that she wants her kids to see her lead by example to find peace with the Giudice family.
Give peace a chance:
“I never wanted this. I’m always going to be Team Family, always. So, we’ll see what happens. We’ll see where it goes. For all of our children’s sake, I would love for everyone to get to a place of healing.”
“I would never root for this to go on forever. Never. That’s not any way to live. It’s no way that I want my children to see. We need to lead by example.”
“So, I’m always healing. I think it’s been enough time that maybe there’s a chance there’s enough room for a conversation.”
“To be continued.”
Melissa is open to film with Teresa in the future:
“We need to get there.”
“The core of [RHONJ] has always been family. It’s hard to imagine it without it being about family. Bravo will decide.”
Melissa noted that fans not hold their breath for an update at BravoCon. “I think everyone secretly thinks we’re going to get this big announcement. I’m like, ‘Are we?'”
“I’m at the Bravo offices today. I feel like snooping in their drawers.”
“But, I know as much as you do [about the future of RHONJ]. That’s what’s so crazy. They know better than to tell us anything.”
