Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Mary Cosby has good news as her son, Robert Jr., has been released from prison and is no longer married.
Robert Jr. sees his two months behind bars as “a blessing” as he moves into his next chapter.
Post-prison:
Robert Jr.’s attorney, Clayton Simms, told Page Six the reality star was released. “It allowed him to sober up and start thinking clearly. He’s looking forward to doing positive things.”
“As part of his release, Robert Jr. was ordered to complete 24 months of probation and 75 hours of community service, and he is expected to attend anger management and substance abuse classes.”
A judge also granted a permanent no-contact order for Alexiana Smokoff, who filed for divorce on Nov. 24, 2025, after three years of marriage.
Robert Jr.’s divorce is final:
On January 14, a hearing was held in the divorce brought by Alexiana, against Robert, who did not appear in court.
The court granted Alexiana a default divorce decree. The docs state the exes did not have children or marital property. The settlement states that both parties are capable of earning money and neither will be awarded alimony.
The divorce deal has a provision regarding a restraining order prohibiting Robert from physically abusing or threatening his ex-wife. In addition, he cannot harass, threaten or show up at her home.
The judge also ordered Robert to pay Smokoff’s legal fees associated with the divorce.
