In a pre-recorded video, the couple blindly scooped into a white cake to discover if it was pink or blue on the inside!
After the pink icing reveal, Hudson ran into the shot to hug his mom and Brett. Madison jumped for joy as she hugged her husband and son.
This is Madison and Brett’s first child together.

The adorable Southern Charm couple announced their family was growing earlier this month.

In an exclusive with People, Madison spoke more about her “ecstatic news.” I honestly was pinching myself because I hadn’t heard good news in it felt like the last two years, so to hear something that was so positive and something that we’ve been wanting and looking forward to was just super exciting.”
“And of course, everybody in our family and everybody was rooting for us.”
“I’m ecstatic. I just can’t get enough. I’m so glad to finally be able to talk about it,” she says. “I’ve been in hiding for too long, and so I’m excited to be able to show the bump off.”
Regarding baby names, Madison and Brett are considering family names. “Obviously, with my dad just recently passing, I’m definitely saving his name. And then possibly my grandmother, so his mother’s name.”
