RHONY Legacy star Luann de Lesseps has thoughts about what’s really going down with the alleged test filming being done with certain Real Housewives of New Jersey cast members and potential newbies.
In an interview with Page Six, the touring cabaret performer dropped her “expert Housewife opinion.”
Luann’s POV:
The subject was broached by Virtual Reali-tea’s host. “Melissa, Margaret, and Dolores reportedly test shot with potential newbies for the next iteration of RHONJ.”
Lu asked, “Are they [using air quotes] ‘test shooting’ or are they actually shooting?”
The host explained all the speculation stemmed from unverified rumors before asking Lu’s expert Housewife opinion: “What could [the test shooting rumor] mean?”
“I think they’re actually shooting,” explained Luann. “If you ask me; You wanted my opinion.”
The Money Can’t Buy You Class singer thinks the new girls are being tested and any worthy footage will make it to air. Luann brought up the financial commitment it takes to roll cameras.
“They’re going to waste their time and crews? You need sound, you need lighting, you need crew.”
Lu was asked her thoughts if RHONJ decides to go in Melissa’s direction without Teresa [Giudice] included in the cast. “Listen. It can go south in a second on the show.”
Making it about her, Lu added, “Remember when they put me on pause? Oh, wait. I was a ‘friend.’ Then, they used me in the promos, in the pictures! I was in every scene. I’m just saying, you never know.”
