Love Island: All Stars is officially on pause.
Production on Season 3 has been halted after the villa was evacuated due to ongoing wildfires in South Africa.
On January 10, the official Love Island Instagram account confirmed the news.
“Further to a production evacuation owing to ongoing wildfires in the area, our assessment of the location site has concluded that filming will need to be postponed,” the statement read.
“Health and safety is our greatest priority and will always come first, and therefore the transmission of Love Island All Stars will be delayed until a date to be confirmed.”
Notably, the account turned off comments on the post.
ICYMI: Filming was set to begin this weekend, with the Peacock premiere in the U.S. scheduled for Wednesday, January 14.
