Dr. Lenny Hochstein and his on-again, off-again fiancée, Katharina Mazepa, split up “a few months ago.”
Kat gave a statement to Page Six about her split from Lenny.

Creepy Lenny got dumped by the woman he left the mother of his children for.
Katharina revealed, “After a meaningful chapter together, I’ve made the decision to respectfully end our engagement.”
She experienced “a quiet realization that sometimes love transforms, and letting go with grace is the most dignified path forward.” Katharina wished Lenny “nothing but peace and fulfillment on his journey.”
The Austrian model is “fully focused” on shaping her “next chapter with intention, independence, and presence.”
While she “wasn’t asked to do so,” Kat insisted that Lenny take the engagement ring back. “I felt it was the right thing to do.”
Deja vu:
Lenny proposed to the model in July 2023 while visiting Ibiza, Spain. They dated for a year, all while married to the mother of his two children.
Kat and Lenny broke up in September 2024, but not for long. Lenny proposed for the second time in December 2024 after his divorce from Lisa was finalized.
“Sometimes life gives you a second chance and you realize what truly matters,” penned Lenny. “After everything we’ve been through, I knew I would never let her go again.”

Lisa and Marina Hochstein (Lenny’s mother) were spotted together at the RHOM premiere party. The duo gushed about having recently made amends.
They were asked which of the two “initiated” the reconciliation. Lisa said they “both wanted it.” Lenny’s mom has “seen things” that Lisa has seen all along.
“It took her a little longer to see,” Lisa added, hinting that Lenny’s “mask came off.”
