Layla Taylor is still filming The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives…for now.
The Utah-based influencer responded to a fan on Instagram who asked whether she’ll continue filming Season 6 after Mikayla Matthews announced her exit earlier in the day.
“I just love her so much,” Layla wrote on Sept. 14.
“It’s such an impossible situation for everyone involved but I’m finishing out season 6 and then tbd.”
ICYMI: Mikayla announced that “after hearing some news,” she made the decision to no longer continue filming the Hulu reality series.
It’s unclear what news the MomToker recently learned, but she made it clear she wants no part in continuing to profit from behavior she says goes against her morals.
“There’s no amount of money worth going against my morals or changing the stance I’ve had since I first saw and heard the things that made me feel this strongly,” Mikayla wrote on Instagram.
“And for me personally, continuing to directly profit from this behavior feels wrong and unethical. It feels like a disservice to the children, everyone’s healing and the millions of people watching.”
Mikayla’s announcement seemingly centers around Taylor Frankie Paul and behavior she says she can no longer support or enable.
