Kroy Biermann is facing explosive new allegations amid his romance with Jillian Green, as her estranged husband, Kyle Mowitz, asks a judge to keep the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star away from their children.
According to new court documents obtained by TMZ, Kyle asked the judge to intervene over Kroy’s contact with his kids. Kyle, who is dating Kroy’s ex Kim Zolciak, claimed there could be a risk of “danger and harm” to them.
Kyle has no issue with Jillian dating Kroy. However, he argues that allegations of Kroy’s allegedly unpredictable behavior have raised concerns about the children being around him.
Kyle also took Jillian in the latest legal filing. Jillian allegedly testified what he calls “untruths” in court documents related to their divorce. Additionally, he claims Jillian has also been dishonest about her relationship with Kroy for months.
Kyle further denies that he cheated on Jillian with Kim, pushing back against claims surrounding their relationship. Instead, Kyle alleges that Jillian was unfaithful during a 2024 trip to Las Vegas. He claims she admitted to the alleged adultery during her deposition.
