Kroy Biermann reached out to the woman who subpoenaed Kim Zolciak in her divorce case to warn her about Kim.
Jillian Green is the wife of Kyle Mowitz, who had a relationship with Kim. When she was deposed back in June, she testified that Kroy actually called her to share his concerns about Kim’s relationship with Kyle.
Kroy issued a warning:
Jilian claimed Kroy told her that Kim would “drain money from Kyle.” Apparently, Kim already put deliveries of groceries from Instacart on Kyle’s credit card.
Kroy even warned her about Kim’s mental state, calling her her a narcissist with a gambling problem. He also alleged she was never around for her children, which was supported in Kroy’s legal filings against Kim.
According to Jillian, she met Kroy on one occasion. The two met up at her cousin’s house. Since Kroy is a public figure, she didn’t want to draw too much attention.
At the time of the deposition, Jillian said she and Kroy hadn’t spoken in months, nor were they ever romantically involved.
ICYMI:
Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak was subpoenaed as part of an ongoing $100,000,000 divorce between Kyle Mowitz and his estranged wife. According to reports from Us Weekly, Kim will have to answer questions about the alleged gifts/money she received from Kyle.
Court documents showed Kim was served with a subpoena demanding she appear for a deposition regarding Kyle Mowitz’s divorce.
The paperwork said Kim was served at the parking lot of a high school in Georgia.
Kim’s lawyer responded to a request that she appear for a deposition with specific documents and communications. The former RHOA star opposed the request that she be forced to appear. Kim called the subpoena “unreasonable, oppressive, and intended to annoy and embarrass her.”
