The Valley’s Kristen Doute told Decider why she referred to her co-star, Janet Caperna as a “f*cking fan b*tch” on season 2 of Bravo TV‘s hit show.
Kristen believes Janet took notes from Stassi Schroeder and Lala Kent on how to make viral moments.
Janet was literally a fan of VPR:
“I was angry,” began Kristen. “There are some things that I do regret saying over the season. That moment was not one of them. I meant what I said” to Janet.
“I don’t think it’s a surprise to anyone. I’m pretty sure it’s out there on the net that Janet was introduced to our friend group as a friend years and years ago as a fan of the show.” She clarified, “This is not to say that I didn’t love and appreciate fans of our show. That is why we do what we do.”
“For me, the Janet that I had been close to pre season one is not the person that I saw when the cameras went up. And even after the cameras were done, over the last two years, it’s – for me personally – a huge shift in her personality. So, now I’m seeing someone who is trying to be on reality TV … especially during season one.”
Watching Janet on season one of The Valley felt like “I was seeing glimpses of how Stassi Schroeder was on season one of Vanderpump Rules. Or, this was like Lala Kent on season 5 of Vanderpump Rules. So, that is what I meant by ‘f*cking fan.'”
Crazy Kristen:
In an effort to mature and evolve from ‘Crazy’ Kristen, Kristen donated her infamous green dress from VPR to Andy Cohen on a recent WWHL appearance.
We can’t wait to see the dress at BravoCon later this year!
