Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak denied Kroy Biermann’s accusations that she violated a court order in her conversation with Andy Cohen.
Us Weekly obtained court documents that Kim filed refuting Kroy’s claims.
Kim clapped back:
The mother of six denied that the court had ordered her to turn over any documents. Kim also denied breaking any rules by talking about the divorce on WWHL or on Kristin Cavallari‘s podcast tour.
The former RHOA personality said that the court-appointed official has not indicated support for claims of contempt.
Kim demanded that Kroy be ordered to cover the legal fees for defending herself against his contempt claims after he filed a motion demanding she be found in contempt.
Kroy’s side, icymi:
In his filing, Kroy claimed Kim had failed to turn over financial documents he requested in the case by the deadline. Also, Kroy claimed Kim violated the temporary parenting agreement by speaking about the divorce publicly.
Kroy’s motion said, “This court was very clear in its order. Notwithstanding, [Kim] has appeared on two television programs to” talk about the divorce. He pointed out that Kim sat with Kristin Cavallari on a tour for Kristin’s podcast, where she talked about the split. The ex-NFL star said she also accused him of not contributing financially to the family and stealing her belongings.
He said she went on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen in August, where she talked about the divorce and the “news of her new boyfriend.” Biermann said his ex “beamed over her brand new gorgeous one-million-dollar home.”
Kroy’s motion stated, “Time and time again, [Zolciak] has demonstrated her complete disregard for court orders.”
