Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak was subpoenaed as part of an ongoing $100,000,000 divorce between Kyle Mowitz and his estranged wife.
According to reports from Us Weekly, Kim will have to answer questions about the alleged gifts/money she received from Kyle.
Subpoenaed:
Court documents showed Kim was served with a subpoena demanding she appear for a deposition regarding Kyle Mowitz’s divorce.
The paperwork said Kim was served at the parking lot of a high school in Georgia. (Her poor kids!)
Kim’s lawyer responded to a request that she appear for a deposition with specific documents and communications. The former RHOA star opposed the request that she be forced to appear. Kim called the subpoena “unreasonable, oppressive, and intended to annoy and embarrass her.”
The demands:
Kim is to turn over all communications with Kyle. Additionally, any communications between her and another third party regarding “payment for services or communications concerning [Mowitz],” his wife, their children, or the divorce must be handed over. Kyle’s wife asked for any documents regarding gifts for Kim or any business he owns that has given her.
She also requested “any and all documents regarding or pertaining to [Kim’s] financial relationship with Kyle Mowitz. That includes but is not limited to gifts given or received from Kyle, expenses paid on your behalf by Mr. Mowitz or any business in which he is connected, monies loaned to you and monies paid to you by Mr. Mowitz or any businesses with which he is connected.”
The subpoena also demanded that Kim turn over documents regarding travel with Kyle, including the travel arrangements, itinerary, where they stayed, and the payment of all expenses associated with said travel.
Lastly, Kim was ordered to turn over communications and any documents relating to contact between Kroy Biermann and Kyle.
