Reality TV star Kim Kardashian is still traumatized by her Dancing With the Stars experience, but she’s still open to returning to the ballroom.
During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Kim admitted, “I would honestly cry in my trailer, like, every single night, praying to get kicked off. It was so hard for me.”
“I was so shy to do it, I couldn’t get over myself,” she reflected. “I couldn’t get into it ‘cause I was just so shy.”
Kardashian partnered up with professional dancer Mark Ballas on Dancing With the Stars season 7 but only lasted three weeks on the show before being eliminated.
“I’ve never danced again. I am traumatized. It’s traumatized me for life. I can’t even watch it.”
Kim called out her sister, Kylie Jenner, who had recently pulled up her DWTS footage during a family night in. “We had a family poker night three weeks ago. Kylie decided to put it on the big movie screen because half the people there didn’t know that I did it and she wanted to show everyone.”
“Thank God it’s so old that it’s, like, pixelated,” disclosed a relieved Kim. “There’s no HD version of it on YouTube. But you know what? I, like, got up and went in front of the screen and I remembered some of my moves. I wished that I had the confidence that I do now.”
Reliving her DWTS experience with her family gave Kim an idea: an all-Kardashian-Jenner family season of the show. “I told my sisters … I was like, ‘Could you imagine if we did a Kardashian-Jenner whole season of all of us competing against each other on Dancing With the Stars?’” she said. “We all loved [the idea], and we were all like, ‘Yes, let’s do it.’ I don’t know if [ABC] would ever do that.”
Kardashian then said, “I don’t know if they bring people back, but I’d do it.”
