Kenya Moore allegedly was not asked to be a part of The Real Housewives Ultimate Road Trip due to an ongoing legal battle with Bravo.
The 20th anniversary special will feature over sixty Housewives, in addition to a principal cast of seven.
Noticeably missing from filming was none other than the hair care maven herself.
“I think that’s legal stuff,” Kenya said when asked why she wasn’t included.
“Nothing to do with whether they thought I was a legendary Housewife or not,” she explained on a Jan. 24 YouTube stream.
“That’s a whole different legal thing.”
In Case You Missed It:
Kenya was suspended during The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 16 after showing explicit photos of Britt Eady during her Hair Care event.
Since being on ice from the network, Kenya was not present at the season’s reunion and wasn’t acknowledged at BravoCon 2025 either.
However, she does feel production missed the mark by not casting Atlanta OGs as part of the core lineup.
NeNe Leakes and other bedrocks of the franchise are expected to appear in limited roles, alongside Porsha Williams.
Kenya also shared her theories as to why Porsha is such a prominent player.
The RHOA alum speculated that Porsha may have an overarching deal with NBC, noting that she’s a core cast member on Girls Trip and also appeared on Season 4 of Peacock’s The Traitors.
“So maybe that’s a part of her deal, where she has to be on a certain amount of shows for them, since we’ve been seeing her on a lot,” Kenya alleged.
“When it comes to NeNe or an OG from Atlanta, I do feel like NeNe or Shereé should have been a part of that main cast.”
The main cast includes Teresa Giudice, Porsha Williams, Luann de Lesseps, Kyle Richards, Lisa Barlow, Vicki Gunvalson, and Gizelle Bryant.
The crew is currently in Miami filming the Miami portion of the trip — despite an OG from Miami also being snubbed during casting.
