Former Real Housewives of Orange County personality Kelly Dodd has reportedly been accused of engaging in revenge porn and is facing jail time.
In court docs obtained by TMZ, Kelly was accused of recording the footage without the person’s consent. The former RHOC star later shared the footage of the female having sex and masturbating, sans consent.
“Prosecutors claim she shared the images in August 2025, causing the victim — who is listed as Jane Doe in court docs — to suffer severe emotional distress.” Additionally, “Prosecutors also claim Dodd contacted the person and threatened to injure her, her property, and her family.”
Kelly is involved in another legal predicament.
TMZ reported that she’s facing a separate battery charge for an alleged incident that occurred in June 2025 with a different person.
She’s now facing three misdemeanor charges and possible jail time.
Dodd made no mention of the allegations on her social media, though she promoted a pickleball outfit that she gets commissions from.
