The wife of Teddi Mellencamp‘s married boyfriend, Karli Postel, filed to divorce her cheating husband and requested spousal support. Karli also asked Simon Schoeder to pay her legal bills.

Court documents obtained by US Weekly indicate Karli filed divorce paperwork in Los Angeles County. The cheating horse trainer’s wife cited “irreconcilable differences” as their reason for splitting.
ICYMI, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star announced her impending divorce after news of her affair became public.
Karli and Simon:
“The former couple share daughter Lena, 3, and son Henry, 7 months. Karli is seeking primary physical custody of the two children and joint legal custody with Simon. She is also seeking spousal support from Simon and requesting that he pay her attorney fees.”
In court documents obtained by Us, Karli listed the pair’s date of marriage as April 14, 2024, and date of separation as September 22, 2024. The news of Teddi and Simon’s affair broke on November 2nd.
Although Karli and Simon’s latest marriage lasted only five months, it was confirmed that the pair previously had another marriage annulled in Ventura County. The annulment was finalized in February, and Karli and Simon tied the knot again less than two months later.

While Karli and Simon married in 2019, the marriage was declared “invalid” because Simon was already married to another person.

The judgment to nullify their marriage was filed on February 29th, 2024. It is not known who Simon was married to when he married Karli.
