Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kandi Burruss has good news – and bad news – regarding her settlements with her ex-husband, Todd Tucker.
TMZ reported how finances and custody was determined by the court.
Assets:
When it comes to finances, Kandi will pay Todd a lump sum of $426,000, as per court docs. After that, Kandi isn’t responsible for child or spousal support to Todd moving forward.
Todd agreed to vacate Kandi’s guest home within 15 days of the parenting deal being signed.
Additionally, the exes agreed to sell a food truck they own together.
In regards to their cars, Kandi will keep her 2022 Bentley SUV, Cadillac Escalade, Ford F-250, Porsche Cayenne SUV, and a 1963 Chevrolet Camaro. Todd will hold onto a 2020 Mercedes G-Wagon, 2020 Porsche 911, 2023 Range Rover, 1973 Ford Bronco, 1963 Lincoln, and a Ford Transit Van.
The exes will split their credit card reward points. They also noted that the deal says Todd paid Kandi $38K to satisfy the balance owed on their 2025-2026 Atlanta Hawks season tickets, which Kandi kept.
The kids:
The exes share joint legal and physical custody of their kids Ace, 10, and Blaze, 6. Neither party will be paid child support or spousal support.
Kandi will keep the children’s passports, but Todd can request them from her ahead of any international travel.
