Phaedra Parks may have her peach back, but that doesn’t mean things are peachy-keen between her and Kandi Burruss.
At Essence Fest, actress Keke Palmer caught up with Kandi Burruss and asked a question many of us want to know — have she and Phaedra Parks finally spoken?
For those who need a refresher—Phaedra exited RHOA after admitting she spread false rumors about Kandi and Porsha Williams.
While Bravo and even Porsha seem to have moved past it, Kandi is still firm in her stance.
Since that infamous fallout, Phaedra has never reached out to Kandi directly. And despite being in the same rooms on multiple occasions, the two haven’t so much as exchanged words.
“There’s no reason for us to communicate,” Kandi said flatly. “I don’t feel the need to fake it for the world in that situation.”
The songwriter and business mogul also pointed out her confusion at fans and Bravo audiences who want her to just let it go.
“People aren’t paying attention to what actually happened,” she noted, adding she doesn’t owe anyone an explanation: “I feel how I feel, and I’m not changing.”
Before moving on, Kandi made one last thing clear—she doesn’t believe a producer pushed Phaedra to spread the lie, despite that being the story Phaedra is allegedly sticking to.
