Dancing with the Stars co-host Julianne Hough is spilling season 34 secrets!
On the Chicks in the Office podcast, Julianne revealed that Hilaria Baldwin campaigned her way into the ballroom.
“That was a campaign and she won,” Julianne joked on the September 5th episode.
And win she did! Hilaria is paired with fan-favorite pro Gleb Savchenko this season.
While showmances are nothing new for the series, don’t expect one here—Hilaria is a mom of seven and happily married to Alec Baldwin.
Even Alec’s daughter, Ireland Baldwin, is cheering her stepmom on:
“I am so proud of her for doing Dancing With the Stars and I CANNOT wait to cheer her ass on. She deserves this! And it’s not my place to share the ins and outs, but this woman is a gem and deserves all the love.”
According to Julianne, Hilaria’s been posting dance videos to social media long before signing her contract—and clearly, persistence paid off.
Dancing with the Stars season 34 premieres live on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 8 p.m. Episodes stream the next day on Hulu.
