Jo Wenberg shared her appreciation of Lala Kent with her Instagram followers.
Give Them Lala:
Tom Schwartz‘s former friend/girlfriend acknowledged Lala’s perception of her. Jo began, “Lala looked at me like I was a rare, slightly weird ✌️ masterpiece when everyone else saw a rough draft version of me.”
“She didn’t just give me grace – she basically held up a mirror.” Lala was like, “Girl. You’re not a mess; You’re a whole mood,” an appreciative Jo explained.
Lala’s applauded Jo in the past:
During a March Give Them Lala podcast, Lala praised Jo for how she handled herself when Scheana Shay violated her personal space.
Lala began, “Jo was feeling very uncomfortable and I could tell she felt uncomfortable. Scheana, I don’t think has it in her [to be a bully]. She’s very shady at times. It doesn’t hit like shade. It hits different.” But, “I don’t find her to be a bully.”
“I do feel like Jo felt bullied in that moment where it was the five of us [Ariana, Katie, Ally, Scheana, and Lala]. We’re all dressed the way we’re dressed which looks like a very intimidating group of people.”
Lala detailed the scene. “You’ve got Scheana who is pulling [Jo’s] hat off at the very beginning being like, ‘Show your braids.’”
“I really give props to Jo. She said, ‘If you remove my hat – I’m not violent – I’m punching you in the fucking face. You touch my hat. I’m punching you in the face.’”
Jo shoots her shot with Schwartz on social media:
The hairdresser asked her Instagram followers for help getting Tom back into her life. “Let’s start a petition for Tom Schwartz to unblock me so [he] and I can shoot the sh!t again. It’d be nice.”
Regarding the end of her and Schwartz’s ‘situationship,’ Jo felt blindsighted.
“Unfortunately, you guys had to see that on national television, unbeknownst to me.” Frustrated, she expressed, “F*ck off if you think that it’s real easy to get over somebody that dumped you on international television.”
