Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Jessi Draper Ngatikaura is stepping away from social media as the fallout from her season 3 storyline continues.
“Thanks to those that have sent love and support, I’ll be back in a bit,” Jessi told followers in a four-minute Instagram video posted on November 19.
In the clip, the MomToker explained how difficult the aftermath of the season has been.

Viewers learned that Jessi had an emotional affair — and exchanged two kisses — with Vanderpump Villa’s Marciano.
At first, Jessi and her husband claimed it happened while they were “separated.”
Later, they clarified that wasn’t completely true.
It was simply the version they agreed on at the time in an effort to protect their family. Eventually, they decided to share the full truth on camera.
Even though Jessi says she still “stands beside” her choice to be honest, the backlash hasn’t been easy.
“I’m only sharing it in hopes that anyone who’s been through something similar can relate,” she said.
“I’ve gotten so many supportive messages from people saying thank you for sharing.”
Going through this cheating scandal publicly — and watching her marriage struggles play out in front of the world — also gave her a new understanding of her costar Jen Affleck.
“I didn’t help with that in season 1 and I feel so bad about that,” Jessi admitted.
Before signing off, she thanked fans again for their compassion.
“I just need to take a break from all of it for my sanity.”
As of now, it appears Jessi and her husband are still committed to working on their marriage.
