Summer House star Jesse Solomon was booked for another ad with Truly Hard Seltzer.
ICYMI, Truly sent Jesse out on the streets of New Orleans for the Super Bowl for a brand deal last month. Jesse signed another deal with the Hard Seltzer brand.
Has anyone checked on Kyle Cooke?!
Kyle Cooke is as synonymous with Loverboy as Summer is with Fun, so – naturally – Jesse was asked if he received any backlash from Kyle when he partnered with Truly.
“I let him know I was doing it the first time that it happened. I was more white glove about the whole thing.” (Seemingly, Jesse was referring to the contrast in how Kyle reacted to learning Craig Conover partnered with yet another Spritz brand.)
Jesse explained how his second gig with Truly Hard Seltzer differed from his first. “This time,” I told Kyle, “Listen, dude. That’s a lot of money. I’m going to do this.”
According to Jesse, Kyle was “cool” with him endorsing Truly. “I think he just wants this whole thing [the Battle of the Spritzes] to be behind him.”
“So, I support Loverboy,” stated Jesse. “I drink it when I can when I’m out, and I wear the hat. I support my friends in other ways.”
The Battle of the Spritzes, the origin:
If you’ve ever seen a frame of Summer House, Loverboy’s branding has landed in your lexicon.
Paige DeSorbo‘s then-boyfriend, Craig, signed a deal with Spritz Society which angered Kyle. Thus, beginning the Spritz war between Summer House and Southern Charm.
Thanks to Jesse’s “white glove” treatment of Kyle, a Civil War won’t break out in the Summer House over Jesse endorsing Truly Hard Spritz.
