Summer House star Jesse Solomon was suspicious of a secret romance between Amanda Batula and West Wilson, and how the now-couple lied to him about their relationship.
During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Jesse shared an insight into the moments that made him suspicious that something might be going on between Kyle Cooke and Ciara Miller‘s exes, and how he learned the truth.
Jesse’s POV of Scamanda:
“I had my suspicions, but I did not know until they made their joint statement. They both denied it to my face, multiple times.”
Fellow guest Kristin Cavallari then asked Jesse when he started to suspect something was going on. “Late Feb into March,” answered Jesse.
“Amanda then text me apologizing, [said] ‘Sorry that I lied to you.’” West, on the other hand, has not apologized to Jesse. “Trust is a little broken.”
According to Jesse, Ciara was also “suspicious” that West and Amanda were involved romantically. Ciara told Jesse, “Just wait for the reunion.”
Andy then asked the reality star what made him “suspicious” of the two. “There was a lot of just, like, flirting,” Solomon answered.
The smoking gun:
Amanda and West’s romance was evident when the boys went to brunch in March. “West went to brunch with Amanda after and didn’t tell us he was going to brunch with her.”
After the boys’ brunch, Jesse and Kyle “ran into [Amanda and West] at a bar.”
He also revealed that in “late February,” West and Amanda “went to dinner without me in Miami when we were all there at the same time. Originally, I was just, like, offended, but then it made sense later.”
Andy then asked Jesse if he thinks anything happened between West and Amanda last summer while season 10 of the Bravo show was filming. “I really hope not, it’s easy to look back now, and hindsight’s 20/20, but I don’t think that they were,” he explained.
