Former Vanderpump Rules personality, Jeremy Madix, exposed Janet Caperna for using Scheana Shay to get on The Valley.
In an interview with Zack Peter, Ariana Madix’s brother mentioned it all!
The origin story:
“So there’s a lot of history there with Janet and I. I just watched her grow into where she’s at now. So, I see through a lot of in-between the lines, I guess you could say.”
“I think it’s so funny because I’ll watch and I’ll kind of hear Janet speak about an experience or talk about something that happened. It’ll be kind of like the dad that’s watching football yelling at the TV saying, ‘That’s not really how that went down!'”
Janet has been “performative and fake.”
“I also think that leading up to now, she hadn’t fully gotten what she wanted, which was this spotlight. I mean, she moved out here to pursue what she’s doing, right?
Jeremy thinks Janet is trying to make moments on the show. “Up until now, she’s kind of needed to be everybody’s friend. Why close any type of doors?”
“Our fans see right through that stuff. There’s nothing our fans won’t figure out, right? It’s been odd to me that I see it. The audience sees it. Why has it taken so long for our friend group to come around and start to see it? It’s been kind of that way for a long time.”
Janet planned to meet Scheana:
“There were moments where even she and Sheena had fallen out back in the day.”
Zack mentioned the audience’s perception was that she intentionally pursued a friendship with Sheena to get on Vanderpump Rules.
Jeremy confirmed Zack’s theory. “So, that’s true. But, the story as I remember it is that Janet kind of knew that Sheena was going to be at a certain event. I want to say it was something at the Mondrian at Skybar. Janet kind of showed up there, made friends with Scheana. Then, Scheana started bringing her around.”
“That’s when Janet and I started hanging out,” recalled Jeremy. “Then, I think it kind of progressed from there.”
That’s when Janet’s infiltration into the friend group went into full motion. “Janet and I started kind of hanging out a lot. And that led to being around the people that I was around, like James [Kennedy] and Tom [Schwartz]. Then, from Tom [Sandoval] to Ariana. Then from Ariana to Kristen [Doute.] Kristen to Stassi [Schroeder], you know what I mean?”
“It kind of grew into this. Now, it’s her and Brittany who are the closest.”
“So, [Janet’s intention is] pretty obvious to me, but it doesn’t seem to be that obvious to everybody else.”
