All charges against Ariana Madix‘s brother, Jeremy Madix, for attempting to traffic Cheech and Chong quantities of cannabis from Florida to Europe were dropped.
The “State of Florida” dropped all charges against the Vanderpump Rules star’s brother, Jeremy Christian Madix, on October 24, 2024. The charge against him, “Trafficking cannabis > 25 pounds/300 plants,” was taken off his record.

The bust happened back in February when Jeremy and his accomplice Jonah Ahad attempted to board a flight to Frankfurt, Germany from Orlando, Florida.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, “Customs and Border Protection agents searched the pair’s three suitcases – two of which belonged to Madix — and were loaded with ganja. In fact, police say Madix’s suitcases contained a total of 64 bags of pot weighing a whopping 76 pounds.”
Neither Jeremy nor his friend were arrested on February 16 when the bust happened. However, his friend Jonah was charged with felony trafficking of cannabis in May.
Mama Madix must be relieved!
Ariana and Jeremy’s mother, Tanya Madix, wrote a letter to support her son after his arrest. Tanya’s letter is part of the plea for bond to be set in her son’s criminal case, as per reports from In Touch.
The tabloid obtained the letter the Vanderpump Rules star’s mom wrote to the court. It is being used “as part of Jeremy’s motion to set bond,” which court records stated was “set at $80,000.”
