Jennifer Pedranti opened up about her financial situation with her ex-husband, William Pedranti. The Real Housewives of Orange County star was a guest on Jeff Lewis Live and shared, “There’s no child support and alimony” from her baby daddy. “There’s supposed to be. But, there’s just not at this time.”
Communication breakdown:
The RHOC personality explained she was forced to take legal action against Will after he 1) failed to make payments 2) ghosted her. “We are going back to court just because it has gone on now for some period of time.”
“My ex did send me an email a few months back saying things had shifted for him in his career. He needed a little bit of time.” Jenn was sympathetic. “I understood that. But, there’s no communication. So, then everything’s just silent.”
“Then, the child support/alimony is not being paid, so I did go to his house. I just knocked on the door and said, ‘I gotta know. Are we going to be able to resume payment anytime? He wasn’t happy that I was on his doorstep,” continued the Bravo TV star. He didn’t want to communicate at all. Basically, he was like, ‘Get out of here.'”
Jenn lawyered up:
“I was like, ‘Ok.’ I’ve literally given it time and I’ve tried with him. So, I talked to my attorney and he filed the contempt. I opened a case with child support services.”
Will knew it was time for him to face the music. Jenn continued, “There was a box on the porch the other day. I thought it was the jewelry from the boys, so I grabbed the box. I wouldn’t say I was served, but there were all these documents inside.”
“Now, he’s petitioned for a court date. So, I think this is where he will have the opportunity to bring his income down. It’s going to be a drastic change for the kids and I. But, we weren’t getting it anyway.”
Jenn reminded Jeff Lewis and his listeners, “This is where communication between him and I would have been so helpful. Now, it’s just ugly. I have a court date out there. He’s got a court date out there. It’s super unfortunate.”
