Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Jennifer Fessler is seemingly considering a lawsuit against Summer House star Ciara Miller over the nurse/model’s claim that Jenn and West Wilson hooked up.
In Jenn’s Instagram story, she declared the rumor untrue and that Ciara committed “libel” with her comment.

“In all seriousness,” began Jenn, “While I can’t help but be a little flattered, it is not nice – nor is it ok – to post something categorically untrue and defamatory, regardless of whatever rumors or apparent ‘evidence’ led you to that conclusion.”
“This is the definition of libel,” declared the RHONJ alum.
“If it were true, I would have no recourse. Because it’s a lie, this can get more complicated. Having said that, I hope that we can rectify this. It’s enough now.”

Jennifer inserted herself into the Scamanda drama by posting in favor of the sports journalist. “[West] is the cutest, sweetest golden retriever puppy dog.”
“He does not mean any harm, he didn’t mean it, he’s just trying to have a good time, he doesn’t wanna hurt anyone! Give him a break.”
Ciara jumped into the comments with a response that immediately sent Bravo fans spiraling. “Lol, because they slept together too,” she wrote.
West responded by playing (?) dumb.
