Former Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Jen Shah is less than a week away from being a free woman after serving time in federal prison and on home confinement for a slew of fraud charges.
According to reports from Page Six, Jen will complete her federal sentence with home confinement on Friday, Aug. 28. While the Federal Bureau of Prisons currently lists Shah’s release date for her nationwide telemarketing fraud scheme as Aug. 30, that date falls on a Sunday.
Before that, Jen spent 33 months behind bars. She served less than half of her 6.5-year sentence. The former Bravolebrity has been serving the final months of her sentence in home confinement with an ankle monitor since her December 2025 release from the Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas.
Ahead of her prison release, Shah’s rep told Page Six she viewed the timing as a “gift she doesn’t take for granted” because it allowed her to reunite with her family for the holidays.
The rep also described Shah as being in a “really positive” and “hopeful” place after doing “a lot of reflecting and real growth” while incarcerated. Another source spilled that “Jen is feeling grateful to put this chapter behind her, get back to work, and continue her journey of making things right.”
Jen is still required to pay up to $6.5 million in restitution to her victims.
