Former Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Jen Shah got ‘Shah-mazing’ news: her prison sentence was reduced for the fourth time!
Jen was found guilty of a fraud and money laundering scheme that targeted senior citizens and the elderly.
She did the crime, so she’s serving the (reduced) time:
According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons website, 51-year-old Jen Shah will be released from Bryan FPC on 10/04/2026 … which is her birthday.
The controversial RHOSLC personality surrendered herself on February 17, 2023. Initially, she was to serve 6.5 years in federal prison.
Apparently, Jen is on her best behavior now that she’s behind bars, which is why her sentence keeps getting shortened.
Jen has thrived in the clink:
The mother of two replaced socializing at bars with life behind bars. But, that won’t stop the incarcerated Real Housewife from seeking the spotlight.
In October of 2024, Chris Giovanni, Jen’s manager, told TMZ about a project she’s working on. Jen developed a stage play called The Real Housewives of Bryan. Jen’s fellow inmates as the cast. According to Chris, “Jen’s taking time to teach some of her crew how to read and write.”
The Real Housewives of Bryan script “revolves around the real-life housewives residing at FPC Bryan. But, the personalities are cranked up to 11.” Sounds like a real-life Orange Is the New Black.
