The Valley‘s Jax Taylor was granted a temporary restraining order against Brittany Cartwright after she was granted a temporary restraining order against him just days earlier.
Us Weekly confirmed that Jax’s request was partially granted and partially denied. According to the outlet, the judge noted that part of his request required a hearing before a ruling could be made. That hearing is scheduled for September 24.
Per court documents, Jax’s temporary restraining order against Brittany will expire on September 24, the same day the estranged couple is due back in court.
ICYMI, Jax filed a request asking the court to deny Brittany’s temporary restraining order against him and instead order her to stay more than 100 yards away from him and his home.
The former Vanderpump Rules star claimed that Brittany has repeatedly referred to him as an “abuser.” He alleged that she “seems determined to make this a label that sticks, even though [he has] done nothing to deserve this.”
Late last month, TMZ obtained the restraining order granted to Brittany, which ordered Jax to stay 100 yards away from her. Brittany had also requested sole custody of their 5-year-old son, Cruz, but the judge denied that request pending a hearing on custody.
