Former Vanderpump Rules star Jax Taylor posted an email he sent to Brittany Cartwright on social media, alleging Brittany didn’t adequately tend to their son’s special needs.
“You are so full of sh*t. You lied about enrolling him for the last two years.” Jax said his estranged wife “never followed the doctor, medical, school, or therapy recommendations.” He “stepped in and took over” Cruz’s developmental plan after realizing Brittany lied.
According to Jax, “Cruz would never have been enrolled at school or the IEP [individualized educational plan] if it wasn’t for me. I have all the receipts.”
“What you don’t understand is he’s not starting Kindergarten!!! How do you not comprehend this?? He’s going to be put in a special needs program. My God. The lies you say, sounding like a complete idiot.”
The former star of The Valley accused Brittany of not following up on getting Cruz early intervention from the government, which is why he refuses to pay for therapies. “They should have been free from the state.”
“All you care about is people thinking you’re an amazing mother and I’m a bad father. You won’t let [Cruz] see his own father because you’re mad at me. Then, [you] say lies like I miss my custody time.”
“What mother doesn’t put their nonverbal autistic child into ABA [Applied Behavior Analysis] or another specialized program or school for kids with autism??? I’ve been begging you for years!!!”
“You continuing to paint me out to be a bad father is coming to an end. I’m not sitting back anymore. I don’t have anything more to lose but to tell the truth.”
Jax said Brittany was sending “constant rage texts” about keeping Lori away from Cruz. Meanwhile, Brittany allegedly “had this random man sleeping there while I was in rehab.”
“I begged you to go to therapy,” claimed Jax. “You refused and also canceled with my therapist the morning after Zack’s party because you were hungover, yet again.”
