Next Gen NYC personality Gia Giudice credited her and Teresa Giudice‘s time on Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test for saying ‘never say never’ to reconciling with Joe and Melissa Gorga.
The eldest dorter of the Real Housewives of New Jersey told Entertainment Tonight how her mom processed moving forward with her RHONJ nemeses.
Teresa’s change of heart:
“Special Forces was so much about self-growth, overcoming your fears, and really letting go,” explained Gia. “You’ve got to let go to be on that show.”
“There’s a lot of deep conversations that my mom and I have that I’m sure you’ll see on Special Forces.”
“As you get older, you get tired,” continued the 24-year-old. “She wants to let go of the hate; she wants to let go of the anger. It’s not fun. It weighs heavy.”
“No one is saying they need to be best friends, just co-exist, be in the same room, be cordial, and be mature. Like, move on. No one wants to see this anymore. It’s honestly so petty. Just, be an adult and move on. That’s it.”
“It’s just about letting the hate go.”
Gia’s dad recently weighed in on Tre’s feud with The Gorgas:
“I think they should reconcile,” declared Joe Giudice.
“Think about the kids, and put their BS behind them. The kids don’t talk because of the parents, which is pretty sad.”
Joe reasoned that the Gorgas are “the only side of the family” Teresa has left. “You’ve got to put aside the BS and move on. Life is short.”
“Stop pointing fingers and move on,” encouraged Joe.
“Grow up.”
“Life is short, and it’s always [about putting the] kids first. Kids always come first. BS comes second. If they fight again, they fight again. We’ll put it behind you. Start again.”
