In a messy turn of events (literally), Denise Richards submitted photos to the court accusing Aaron Phypers trashing the house they once shared.
US Weekly shared photos, while Aaron denied the claims.
The Drop Dead Gorgeous actress’ photos showed the six-bedroom, five-bathroom, 7K square-foot mansion in “disarray.”
Denise’s photos of the home show various rooms unorganized with items all over the floor. Other photos revealed the property’s floors had been torn up and covered in clutter throughout.
“Aaron and his parents and brother have severely damaged the [home] and left the house in a state of disarray.”
Aaron’s Version:
The back-and-forth continued. A source close to Aaron claimed he refuted Denise’s claim that he or his family damaged the home.
Allegedly, Aaron and his family had cleared up the home “a ton” since Denise moved out. Regarding the torn-up floors, the source said his family was in the process of replacing them.
The house:
Earlier this month, Denise filed to evict Aaron and his family from the home they once shared.
ICYMI, Denise rented a townhome in 2023, leaving Aaron, his brother, and their parents in the home.
“Aaron and I are still on the lease for the [home]. When I moved out, I left many of my personal items and my late mother’s items at the house. Aaron [told] me that his family would be moving back to Canada and we would be moving back into the [home].”
The landlord will be starting the eviction process, as Aaron hasn’t paid rent in several months. They demanded that Aaron and his family vacate the home.
“I recently learned from the landlord … that in addition to Aaron and his parents not vacating the [home], Aaron has apparently not paid the rent on the [home] and left the house in a state of disarray.”
