Real Housewives of Beverly Hills personality Denise Richards had a small win against her estranged ex, Aaron Phypers, who wasn’t present for the court date.
The Post reported that the judge granted Denise’s request to seal sensitive documents amid her legal battle with Aaron, who remains unemployed and collecting from the actress/model.
In case you missed the judge’s ruling that ordered Denise to pay Aaron (smh):
Earlier this year, Denise was ordered to pay Aaron’s attorney fees and temporary spousal support.
The actress/model has to pay Aaron $5K per month in temporary spousal support during the divorce proceedings. “The payments are due on the 5th of each month, starting March 5. They will continue until further order of the court.”
Additionally, Denise must pay Aaron $25K in attorney’s fees, plus an additional $5K for a forensic accountant. The $30K total will be paid in three $10K installments at the end of March, April, and May.
Aaron wants half of Denise’s OnlyFans earnings:
Last year, Aaron told the court he was entitled to half of The Wild Things actress’s earnings on the adult-only site.
According to Aaron, Denise makes $200K-$300K per month on OnlyFans. He feels he’s entitled to half because he took the pictures.
In the court docs, he claimed needs the money to pay for his rent and utilities. Aaron says Denise is freezing him out financially.
Clearly, Aaron is doing it all … except working.
