Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Denise Richards is winning small battles with Aaron Phypers as their divorce war continues.
TMZ reported what went down in court Monday.
Legal deets:
Monday’s hearing was continued to next month because Aaron got a new lawyer. Michael Finley needs time to look over all the case details.
Denise’s first piece of good news is she gets to go back to the family house. Even better, Aaron’s not allowed within 100 yards of Denise’s home.
Denise scored again as the judge ruled that Aaron return Denise’s laptop by the end of the day Tuesday. Aaron still denies he even has Denise’s device. Denise, for the record, claimed she has video of Aaron stealing her laptop.
ICYMI, Aaron proceeded to give XXX photos of Denise to a tabloid, for which she took legal action against him.
Aaron has maintained that Denise’s claims of abuse are “not true” and that she has created “a story to save her image.”
RHOBH footage will be used in the courtroom:
Just days ago, Us Weekly reported that Denise was going to use the video of him crushing her hand in court in her DV case against him.
Denise ‘F*cking’ Richards plans to use footage of her estranged husband hurting her on camera as part of her plea for a permanent restraining order against him. The Drop Dead Gorgeous actress accused Aaron of abuse during their marriage, not just this disturbing scene from RHOBH.
In court, Denise will use a videotape and transcript from a 2020 episode of RHOBH. The specific scene has Aaron telling Denise, “Don’t tell me what to say, or I’m going to crush your f*cking hand. Stop it.”
The scene from season 10 came after Denise told Aaron, “Baby, don’t say a f*cking word. We’re on camera.”
