Collin Gosselin isn’t too worried about his mother’s claims following the release of his memoir, In the Shadow of Eight.
The Jon & Kate Plus 8 alum reacted to his mom, Kate Gosselin, implying that he needs a mental evaluation amid their ongoing back and forth.
ICYMI, In his memoir, Collin alleged his mother once zip-tied his hands and feet together and would pull his ear so hard that it would swell.
At just 12 years old, Collin was sent away to a behavioral facility for several years, a decision Kate has defended by citing psychiatric evaluations and behavioral issues.
However, Collin has disputed his mother’s claims, maintaining that he did not have special needs and was institutionalized because he resisted filming the family’s reality TV show.
Thankfully, the Special Forces star has the support of his father, Jon Gosselin, who has had his back following Collin’s abuse allegations against his mother.
And as for Kate? Collin tells TMZ he thinks his mom may be the one due for a psych evaluation.
“Maybe it’s time for someone else to get them,” Collin said in response to his mother’s claims.
“I always knew I wasn’t the one who was in the wrong,” he continued.
The reality star also added, “If this is the only thing that [Kate] can come after me for and I’ve gotten multiple evaluations done, then I guess she has nothing to come after me for, right?”
