Part 2 of the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City and Below Deck crossover dropped this week — and Christina Applegate is not impressed.
The actress took to X (formerly Twitter) to call out the Housewives for their lack of respect toward the Below Deck Down Under crew, specifically Captain Jason and Daisy Kelliher.
Christina first responded to Bravo’s promo post, writing:
“The treatment of the crew and my pals by the women was super gross. I hope they apologized to Jason and Daisy. Wow.”
About an hour later, she doubled down:
“Ok I don’t want to call out the gals of SLC. I know you’re shooting your show at the same time. But seriously not even acknowledging the captain and chief stew first officer and chef Ben as they brought out your food was way not cool. We can discuss privately if you want. But Daisy and Jason are now friends. So I am protective.”
The visual of Christina Applegate pulling the RHOSLC ladies aside to scold them for fighting, while donning fake blood, and ignoring the crew?
Elite television in itself.
As someone who watches both franchises, I didn’t find their behavior more outrageous than your standard Housewives-on-vacation chaos.
Was it rude to ignore the crew? Absolutely.
Was it the most shocking thing we’ve seen on a crossover? Not really.
Still — it’ll be very interesting to see how this same night plays out once the Below Deck Down Under version airs.
