Supermodel Christie Brinkley is ready to tell her story — and she’s bringing decades of personal footage along for the journey.
The iconic supermodel, actress, and author has signed a deal with FOX Nation for an exclusive three-part docuseries, Uptown Girl: The Christie Brinkley Story.
The three one-hour episodes will offer a first-person look at Christie’s life and career, including the woman behind one of the most recognizable faces in pop culture.
FOX Nation president Lauren Petterson called Brinkley “an American icon” whose career has captivated audiences for generations. “We’re thrilled to have unprecedented access to her personal archive and look forward to partnering with Christie to share her remarkable story with our audience,” Petterson said in a press release.
Christie Brinkley has been documenting her life since long before Instagram, TikTok, or smartphones. Her personal archive includes home movies, photographs, journals, artwork, and personal recordings that she has saved throughout the years Now, she’s opening that archive to the public.
The docuseries will reportedly explore Brinkley’s early years as an artist before becoming famous, her life on the road with Billy Joel, marriage, motherhood, private heartbreak, and the helicopter crash that nearly claimed her life. She said revisiting her extensive collection has been “an incredible trip through” her life.
“There have been amazing highs, some difficult times, and plenty of unexpected twists and turns along the way,” she shared. “Some things made me laugh, some brought back wonderful memories, and some were definitely harder to revisit.”
Uptown Girl: The Christie Brinkley Story is slated to premiere in 2027.
