Actress Brooke Shields and her daughter, Rowan Henchy, are confirmed to appear on season 2 of Next Gen NYC on Bravo TV.
The announcement came at NBCUniversal’s 2026 Upfront Presentation.
What we know so far:
“Ariana Biermann and Hudson McLeroy’s breakup sends shockwaves through the friend group as Charlie Zakkour, Rowan Francis Henchy, Riley Burruss, Ava Dash, and Gia Giudice navigate messy relationships, explosive arguments, and nonstop drama in New York City.”
“Between financial fallout, new faces, and simmering tension, the Next Gen NYC crew struggles to keep it together in the city that never slows down.”
Who is Rowan Henchy:
Brooke Shields shares Rowan with TV writer Chris Henchy.
Fresh off graduating from Wake Forest University in May, Rowan is ready carve a path for herself. She’s appeared on red carpets with her mother at events including the 2022 White House Correspondents’ Dinner, the Hollywood Reporter’s Most Powerful People In Media party, and the Glamour Women of the Year Awards.
Rowan and the “Blue Lagoon” actress are close. The mother-daughter duo even have matching ladybug tattoos, a nod to Rowan’s childhood nickname, “Little Bug.” They also share matching tattoos of the script “and to a party” on their forearms.
Last fall, Rowan was spotted at a “Holiday Nights” party hosted by members of the cast for fashion chain Urban Outfitters.
Rowan has also been very public about life with Type 1 diabetes and has done several ads for the insulin delivery system, Omnipod, on her Instagram. Her sister Grier told People last year, “She knows how not to be stressed by what other people think,” which is a great trait for those on reality TV.
Next Gen NYC season 2 drops on June 24th on Bravo.
