Despite Bronwyn Newport being introduced to Real Housewives of Salt Lake City fans as Lisa Barlow‘s friend, the ladies are not on good terms.
Baby Gorgeous Knew Bronwyn Had ‘It’
Lisa was interviewed by Page Six about Bronwyn being welcomed into the RHOSLC fandom with open arms. “No. I’m not surprised” the fans embraced Bronwyn.
“I recommended her season 2 because I thought she’d be a great housewife. She filmed with me a little bit. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out for her … and that’s not shade, that’s truth.”
Lisa added, “I think [Bronwyn] has a lot of great attributes you want in a housewife.” “I just didn’t expect her to have so many issues with me.” So, “I was a little surprised because there are issues from her, not me.”
Lisa’s opinion of Bronwyn’s Marriage:
Regarding the Todd Father and his relationship with Bronwyn, Lisa feels what we see on camera is true to their everyday life. “He’s a bold person. He’s a Sagittarius, like me.” Lisa added, “We just say whatever we think. I’ve always enjoyed Todd and Bronwyn together. Like, when we go dinner with them, they can banter in front of others. They don’t shy away from that.”
“So, I think it’s on-brand for their marriage. They have a very different marriage than me and John. But, it’s theirs, not mine.”
Bronwyn entered the chat:
Bronwyn “I love historical fiction story hour with Lisa! Should be its own segment! You and I both know it was nice to you to recommend me, and yes, I talked to Bravo previously. Thank you!”
“But, the filming I tried and didn’t ‘work out’ at was actually me just showing up to your sons’ Fresh Wolf and Utah Foster Care event to support them, you and the kids in Utah foster care.”
“You’d think you’d remember when a friend and her husband supported you and your boys and not try and paint it now as some failure to launch. 🙄”
