Jax confessed on the reunion for The Valley that he was delaying their divorce in case he needed alimony.
In an unseen moment, Brittany claimed Jax said he was prolonging the divorce. She said he “didn’t know if he was gonna get kicked off the show. So, he was prolonging it in case he needed to get alimony from me.”
Jax refuted his estranged wife’s claim, saying he was “prolonging it because of the podcast, not the Bravo series.” Jax also stated that Brittany makes more money. Therefore, he would go after alimony instead of paying child support if she were getting full custody of their child.
In July, Brittany revealed their divorce was still not finalized, but they have a court date in October.
