The Valley‘s Brittany Cartwright detailed something “funny that happened this week that went pretty viral” regarding a Sharpie and the menu at Jax Taylor‘s bar.
On her When Reality Hits podcast, Cruz’s mom gave personal reasons she wanted her Mamaw’s beer cheese off her estranged husband’s bar’s menu.
Petty with a purpose:
At Jax’s bar, “they Sharpied through Mamaw’s beer cheese.” Brittany giggled with her guest/BFF, Zack Wickham, who agreed the story needed “a little context.”
“I asked them to take it off the menu. I own Mamaw’s Beer Cheese.” Brittany added, “I have a trademark, that I pay for.”
“After Britt’s Bar was sold without my knowledge, and where Jax and I stand right now, I don’t want to be associated with that bar. I DEFINITELY don’t want my Mamaw to be associated with it. She’s innocent.”
“I know it looks super petty, but I will take the blame for that.” Brittany told Jax, “I own that. I have not made a dollar from that place, and I put in a lot of money. I never got paid back for it. And I’ve never seen a dollar from Mamaw’s Beer Cheese, so I’m done.”
Zack agreed and added it was a business move. Brittany agreed. “I’m not trying to be petty or rude, but it’s realistic.”
“I will figure out another way to get Mamaw’s Beer Cheese to the world.”
