The Valley star Brittany Cartwright‘s deal to own her own Bar, Britt’s WeHo at Rocco’s West Hollywood was terminated.
According to reports from The U.S. Sun, the Vanderpump Rules alum’s “dream” to own a bar within steps of SUR and TomTom has been tabled.
Disappointing news for Brittany:
“Brittโs WeHo is no longer opening months after she made the โexcitingโ announcement.” After helping open Jaxโs Studio City, Brittany was set to open up a space of her own, within the Rocco’s Tavern family. The plan is that Britt’s would be in operation by the end of March.
Management at the space Brittโs WeHo was intended to be at “terminated” the deal withย Brittany. “New management took over the restaurant where the bar was set to be located just a few weeks ago.”
It was reported the current managers stated that Brittanyโs deal was terminated before they were involved with the business.ย
Caught in the crossfire:
A second source spilled to The US Sun, โBrittโs WeHo was never part of the deal with a new team taking over and they do not have any plans to open it in the future. The deal was terminated before they were involved at all. It wasnโt their call and had nothing to do with Brittany.”
โUnfortunately, she just got caught in the crosshairs of a business decision.”
Fingers crossed Brittany can team up with another Rocco’s location to continue their plan in place. Unfortunately, there’s no better real estate for her than Rocco’s WeHo.
Change of plans:
In early February, Brittany gave an update on Britt’s WeHo. โI am still opening my restaurant. I’m so excited!”
โBrittโs WeHo will be opening soon, hoping like late March-ish. I know we said October, but it’s just taking a little bit longer to get off the ground because we go in and we’re trying to redo everything.”
โThings have been pushed back just a little bit, but everything is ordered. Things are coming in. Weโre getting ready to start working on everything. So, I’m so excited. I cannot wait for it to open.” ย
