Real Housewives of Salt Lake City‘s Britani Bateman blasted Meredith Marks for accusing her of being anti-Semitic on part two of the season 6 reunion during an appearance on The Julie Cunningham Show.
The lowest blow:
“I was in shock,” began Britani. “This is the first time I’ve spoken to it.”
“I’m still in a really dark place, having watched that back with the rest of the world last night. I think it’s a really low blow because there’s nothing worse than accusing someone of hating a whole race of people, a whole group of people, for no reason.”
“That’s what being bigoted is – to hate someone before you even know them. I don’t hate anybody.”
“It was the perfect diversion for her.”
MM won’t let the mouse go:
“It makes me mad because she brought this up months prior.” continued Britani. “She used this as an excuse to bully me at the beginning of the season.”
“We hashed it out on camera. She told me, ‘Look. I may have overreacted, but I got death threats when I did my bat mitzvah.'”
“We ended up so well – I apologized profoundly and profusely. We ended this. It was done and buried.”
“So, for her to bring this up as an excuse to bully me on the plane, like, ‘Well. She deserved it’ is what made me lose my mind.”
