Former Real Housewives of Atlanta personality Brit Eady filed a Lawsuit against Bravo Media and Truly Original LLC.
The Bravo Shaderoom posted the lawsuit to their Instagram page as a result of her co-star’s “brazen attempt at so-called revenge p*rn.” Brit was pressured to discuss the incident and her sexual history on camera. She even had to talk about these NSFW topics in front of her mother, as per the documents.
What Brit wants:
The singular season RHOA star seeks compensatory damages. That includes backpay and front pay and past, present, and future pain, suffering, and other hardships arising from Bravo’s and Truly Original’s conduct. Brit is also asking to be compensated for punitive damages and costs of the suit, including attorneys’ fees.
Brit accused Bravo and Truly Media of violating New York State and Atlanta sex discrimination laws. Additionally, she’s suing for retaliation, negligence, breach of contract, breach of ‘fair dealing,’ and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Brit wants to be compensated for her pain and suffering. That includes past, present, and future, as well as any other hardships that arise.
