Rich Kids of Beverly Hills alum Brendan Fitzpatrick is being accused of scamming wealthy businessmen out of more than $80 million in an alleged Ponzi scheme and a fraudulent property development.
The NY Post revealed that the alleged victims claimed in a lawsuit that “Fitzpatrick’s company, Carbonatik LLC — a Sri Lanka-based mining venture — was a front, advertising returns of 120% on investments while not actually existing.”
The 37-year-old Palm Beach-based realtor first rose to fame on the 2014 to 2016 hit E! reality series, Rich Kids of Beverly Hills, famously posing up in fancy cars. He briefly married fellow reality star Morgan Stewart and got a hair transplant on TV.
He appeared in 34 episodes of the show, highlighting his early career as a real estate agent dealing with multi-million dollar properties. High-profile socialites like Dorothy Wang and EJ Johnson were also on the show.
He resides in Florida and has been married to Chloe de Serigny since 2022, with whom he shares a daughter.
