Southern Hospitality star Bradley Carter opened up about his status with Leva Bonaparte amid the legal issues Republic Garden and Lounge faces.
Brad told Us Weekly, “From my experience, sometimes when you are growing, there are some growing pains. Some people are supportive, and maybe some people aren’t so supportive.”
“I’ve never had an experience where Leva didn’t support me, but sometimes people have their priorities, and they’re just a little bit different than theirs,” explained Brad of what seems to be Joe Bradley leaving Republic to work for another restaurant group.
“I think you will see all of that play out if we go into another season of Southern Hospitality. I think we should be hopeful; I can say that. Bradley continued, I definitely think we should be hopeful.”
“I think that there’s a lot more going on than you guys know. I cannot confirm season 5, but I’m not going to say that it’s off the table.”
“We have a lot going on in Charleston, and hopefully you guys can smell this,” hinted Bradley, seemingly of the drama surrounding Leva.
ICYMI, Southern Charm‘s Salley Carson shared she isn’t on good terms with Leva Bonaparte. In fact, Salley wants to support Southern Hospitality‘s Joe Bradley now that he’s left her establishment, Republic Garden and Lounge.
In an interview with Virtual Reali-tea, Salley dished on supporting Joe now that he’s no longer professionally affiliated with Leva.
“Let me tell you something,” began Sallley, “I love that Joe made that move. I do think it was a good move on his part.”
In a comment that feels like low-key shade at Leva, Salley continued, “I love the Uptown Hospitality Group. They’re like a family. And honestly, I think the whole Southern Charm feels the same way.”
“We really do love Share House and Uptown,” which are Republic’s competitors. “I think it would be great to shoot at those places.” Salley added, “I don’t even know where their show [Southern Hospitality] stands right now.” ICYMI, here’s info on the lawsuit against Republic.
