Boz [Bozoma] Saint John‘s friendship with Sutton Stracke has changed dramatically since she started on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Friendship shift:
During an episode of Bravo’s Hot Mic podcast, Boz explained how things have evolved since she was introduced through Sutton. “I’m very surprised by the Sutton who showed up in our conversations and in this season. I am shocked by it because she’s not the person I anticipated.”
“Sutton has an opinion. She is sharp. She’s witty. She’s a good friend and will show up for those who need her [and] want her in their lives. So, to see her pull experiences and turn them on people – or to be really mean – that was just so surprising.”
“I just didn’t anticipate Sutton would be so mean. So, I don’t know who this version of a person is and whether or not she is trustworthy from here on out. I have no idea. She’s one of those people I’ll watch my back with.”
Re: the ‘my wallet is bigger than yours’ comment …
“That was a low blow” dished Boz. “There is no way she should be picking on anybody about anybody’s wallet. She didn’t make that money herself, so we should be talking to her man.
Sutton apologized for the wallet comment, but Dorit wasn’t having it:
“I was talking to Garcelle this morning about our conversation at the dinner table last night,” Sutton began. “My apology to Dorit. I really meant it, and I just wanted y’all to know that I meant it.”
Sutton continued, “It was a bad thing that I said and I really truly felt badly about it and it’s not like me to say things like that. It was a terrible thing to say. I’ve beaten myself up about it.”
