Artem Chigvintsev spoke out for the first time since the domestic violence claims against him were dropped. This was the former Dancing With the Stars pro-dancer first comment his arrest last month.

Artem is both “relieved” and “grateful” that he is NOT getting charged for the domestic violence claims against him “This has been an extremely difficult time for me. I am thankful that the truth has prevailed.”
“My focus has always been – and always will be – our son, Matteo. He is my world, and being his father is the greatest blessing in my life. All along, my main concern has been for him.” The DWTS alum continued, “I am committed to continuing to provide him with the love, support, and care he needs as we move forward. I am hopeful that securing an equal custody agreement will help us move on.”

Former Dancing With the Stars pro, Artem Chigvintsev, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence. The 42-year-old professional dancer was booked into Napa County Jail on a felony domestic violence charge.
A source from TMZ revealed that “deputies responded to a domestic-violence call at a location in the town of Yountville shortly before 10 AM Thursday. An arrest was made at the scene, and injuries were reportedly involved.”
Artem and Nikki met in 2017 when they were paired together during Season 25 of Dancing With The Stars. At the time, Nikki was with famous wrestler turned actor, John Cena.
