Love Island USA host Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval quietly sold their formerly shared LA home three years after their messy split, which came after learning of Tom‘s months-long affair with Ariana’s ‘close friend,’ Rachel Leviss.
TMZ reported that the couple was able to sell the Valley Village farmhouse for $3.1 million. The exes purchased the home in 2019, five years into their relationship, for $2 million.
The co-owner of the now-closed Schwartz & Sandy’s originally attempted to keep Ariana from selling the house. In January 2024, Tom claimed he made his ex an all-cash offer of $3.1 million to buy the home.
But Ariana turned him down.
She took him to court and sued him to force the sale of the house so they could split the proceeds.
The exes had words over their once-shared home earlier this year:
Sandoval claimed that their shared home was on the market to Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live.
But, during a red carpet interview at the 37th Annual GLAAD Media Awards, Ariana told Us Weekly that she has “not yet” put the home up for sale, despite Tom’s claim.
VPR’s breakout star had been photographed moving the remainder of her belongings out of the house. Movers wheeled out what appeared to be wardrobe boxes. However, Ariana made it clear that moving her things doesn’t mean the house is up for sale.
